At Jas Overseas Education, we are committed to providing transparent and professional services to all our clients. Our objective is to guide students and applicants through study abroad, visa consultancy, and English language coaching processes with clarity and integrity.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for the services offered by Jas Overseas Education. By making any payment to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. General Terms
- Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances, except in cases where Jas Overseas Education fails to commence a course. A delay in the start of a course of up to fourteen (14) days shall not be considered as non-commencement.
- Third-party fees paid or payable on behalf of the client, including but not limited to embassy or consulate application fees, VFS charges, university application fees, credential evaluation fees (such as WES), official examination fees, notary charges, courier charges, and translation fees, are strictly non-refundable.
- Any refund request shall be reviewed at the sole discretion of Jas Overseas Education. The decision taken by the management shall be final and binding. Jas Overseas Education reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
2. Visa Consultancy Services
Visa consultancy fees are charged for professional guidance, documentation assistance, and application management. The final decision regarding visa approval or refusal rests solely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
Refunds shall not be applicable in the following situations:
- Visa refusal or rejection by any embassy or immigration authority
- Withdrawal of the application by the client after services have commenced
- Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information by the client
- Failure by the client to meet eligibility criteria or comply with embassy requirements
- Failure to attend interviews, medical examinations, or biometric appointments
- Delay or failure in providing required documents
- Change in personal circumstances affecting the application outcome
3. Coaching Services
Coaching fees are charged for training, academic support, and study materials provided as part of the enrolled course or batch.
Refunds shall not be applicable in the following situations:
- Once the course or batch has commenced
- If the student fails to attend classes (no-show)
- Dissatisfaction with examination results or performance
- Once study materials (printed or digital) have been issued
Refundable Scenario
If a coaching batch is cancelled by Jas Overseas Education, the student shall be given the option to either:
- Join the next available batch, or
- Receive a 100% refund of the fees paid for that batch.
