I. "Etudes en France" (Campus France) Procedure:

Registration on the Campus France India Website: Completion of your profile and online application.
Passport-sized Photograph: Recent, as per specifications.
Passport Copy: Valid passport with at least two blank pages.
Academic Transcripts and Certificates: Scanned copies of higher secondary certificates, mark sheets, university degree certificates, and mark sheets (if applicable).
Statement of Purpose (SOP) / Motivation Letter: Outlining your study project and reasons for choosing France.
Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Resume: Detailed academic and professional history.
Letters of Recommendation: If required by the universities you are applying to.
French and/or English Language Proficiency Test Scores: DELF/DALF, TCF (for French programs), IELTS, TOEFL, PTE (for English programs), as required by your chosen program(s).
Payment of Campus France Fee: Approximately INR 18,500.

II. Long-Stay Student Visa (VLS-TS "Étudiant") Application:

Visa Application Form: Completed and signed, downloaded from the France-Visas website.
Valid Passport: With at least 12 months of validity beyond your planned departure date from France and at least two blank pages.
Passport-Sized Photographs: Two recent photos meeting French visa specifications (35mm x 45mm, colored, white background, neutral expression).
Campus France NOC (Printout): The Interview Completion Certificate received after your Campus France interview.
Letter of Admission/Enrollment Certificate: Official letter from the French institution confirming your acceptance into a program longer than three months, specifying start and end dates.
Proof of Financial Resources: Evidence of sufficient funds (at least €615 per month) to cover living expenses and tuition fees. This can include:
- Personal bank statements.
- Sponsorship letter with the sponsor’s bank statements and proof of income.
- Scholarship award letter (if applicable).
Proof of Accommodation in France: For at least the first three months (e.g., lease agreement, university residence confirmation, hotel booking, or a sworn statement of host with their ID and proof of address).
Proof of Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage valid in France with a minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical expenses.
Academic Transcripts and Diplomas: Certified copies of all previous academic records and degree certificates. Provide certified translations if not in French or English.
Cover Letter: Explaining your study project, motivations, and future goals.
OFII Form: Form from the French Office of Immigration and Integration (may need to be completed).
Round-trip Airline Ticket/Reservation: May be a one-way ticket if your program is longer than six months.
