1. Scope of Services
Jas Overseas Education provides the following services:
- Visa Consultancy: Guidance, assistance, and processing for student visa and visitor visa applications.
- Coaching Services: English language proficiency coaching for tests including, but not limited to, IELTS, PTE, and DET.
- Information Services: General information related to visa processes and overseas education via our website and direct consultation.
Important Disclaimer: Jas Overseas Education is a private consultancy firm. We do not guarantee the issuance of a visa or admission to any educational institution. The final decision rests entirely with the respective embassy, consulate, high commission, or educational institution.
2. Client's Responsibilities and Obligations
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide genuine, accurate, and complete information and documentation in a timely manner.
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your personal circumstances (e.g., marital status, address, employment, etc.).
- Pay all applicable fees and charges, including fees for third parties (e.g., embassy fees, VFS charges, university application fees), on time.
- Attend all required visa interviews, medical examinations, and any other appointments as instructed.
- Follow our guidance and the instructions of the relevant authorities.
- Not submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading documentation or information. Providing false information will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
3. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Our fees are charged for professional services, time, expertise and administrative work.
- Service Fees: Fees charged by Jas Overseas Education are for consulting, documentation support, application preparation, and case management. These fees are not contingent on the outcome of the application.
- Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for all fees charged by embassies, consulates, visa authorities, educational institutions, and other external agencies. These fees are separate from our service fees.
- Refunds: All payments and fees are subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. By making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to that policy.
4. Coaching Terms
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee.
- Enrollment is for a specific batch and is generally non-transferable.
- All study materials, including proprietary techniques and practice tests, are the intellectual property of Jas Overseas Education and are provided for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed.
- We do not guarantee any specific score or outcome on any English proficiency test. Success depends on the individual student’s effort, attendance, and skill level.
5. Website Usage and Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of Jas Overseas Education and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total service fee paid by you to Jas Overseas Education for the specific service in question.

8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate our services with immediate effect and without refund if you:

- Act in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful manner towards our staff.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bardoli or Surat, Gujarat, India.
